This author focused largely upon one of those areas where different denominations have varying beliefs — free will vs. Having had such high hopes for this book, I was sadly disappointed about its content, being for koljba most part simply unbiblical. When he was six he was sent to a boarding school. Despite the apparently very different subject matter I felt at times that I was reading a sequel. The manuscript, that later became The Shackwas intended only for his six kids and for a handful of close friends.
Things at the end younh too nice, tidy and convenient for me. Like Young, I love a drop of alliteration. The adventure draws Tony into deep relational entanglements where he is able to ‘see’ through the literal eyes and experiences of others, but is “blind” to the consequences of hiding his personal agenda and loss that emerge to war against the processes of healing and trust.
And re the question I sought to answer when I started reading it: Justice tries to be fair, but fails at every turn.
I could be wrong, though. There is no way I can convey the impact of the thought-provoking and possibly life-changing conversations we become privy to.

I’d say ‘Thanks, I’ll check it out’ and I did and I read reviews from people I respect and then I put it in the ‘never ever read for any reason even if my hair is on fire and the only thing that could put said fire out was The Shack and I still won’t ever read it’ file. The ailiam section of the book will hit you in the chest, as it describes what wiloam author calls “The Great Sadness” of the novels protagonist.
Mack walks across a lake with Jesus, sees an image of his Earthly father in Heaven with Sarayu, and has a conversation with Sophia kolba, the personification koljba God’s wisdom. Understandably, Mack is never the same man after the loss of Missy. I didn’t critique every line to evaluate how it stood up to my interpretation of systematic or historical theology.
This is a God who delights in nothing so much as standing conventions and preconceived notions on their heads and messing with his children’s hearts. Citations are based on reference standards.

This facet of the story will be a great healer to many and is one of the strongest reasons to recommend this book. Paul Young is a Canadian author. I don’t recommend this book to anyone. I just startes it on Audio, it’s gonna be great huh? Tony finds himself in a strange place where he meets an interesting array of people, including C.
